By 4:00 p.m. NDT Monday low 983 mb located over southeastern Belle
Isle Bank.
At 4:00 p.m. NDT today ridge located on a line east-west over
northern Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight dissipating ridge located over the North
Labrador Coast.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:52 PM NDT 11 May 2025 A low pressure system over the Northeastern Gulf of St. Lawrence willtrack very slowly eastward across Belle Isle Bank tonight and Monday.
Gale to storm force northerly to northwesterly winds will spread over
all waters with this system.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
South Labrador Coast. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast, and Northwest
Labrador Sea.
