By 4:00 a.m. NST Sunday weakening trough located east of Greenland.

At 4:00 p.m. NST today ridge located off Labrador Coast.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Sunday ridge located over the East Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 p.m. NST today trough located over western Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Sunday trough located off Labrador Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 PM NST 17 November 2018 A trough of low pressure near Greenland will remain nearly stationary
today then begin to move eastward and weaken tonight. Gale force
northwesterlies over the East Labrador Sea will diminish tonight as
the trough moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
East Labrador Sea - northeastern half. Freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Lake Melville, the Mid Labrador Coast and the North
Labrador Coast.
