Issued 9:30 PM NST 18 November 2018 Tonight and Monday At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight ridge located over western Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Monday ridge located over central Labrador.

At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight quasi-stationary trough located over the
Northwest Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight low 976 mb located over the northern
Atlantic Ocean.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Monday low 984 mb located south of Greenland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:22 PM NST 18 November 2018 An intense low pressure system over the North Atlantic will drift
slowly northward as a ridge approaches from the west. Strong to gale
force northwesterlies will develop between these two features tonight
and persist into Monday.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea.

Freezing spray warnings are in effect for all waters except East
Labrador Sea.
