Issued 9:30 AM NST 21 February 2024 Today Tonight and Thursday At 9:30 a.m. NST today quasi-stationary low 965 mb located southeast
of Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NST Thursday approaching trough located over western
Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:16 AM NST 21 February 2024 An intense low pressure system will remain nearly stationary
southeast of Greenland today before moving eastward tonight and
Thursday. Gale force west to northwesterlies will persist today west
of the low before diminishing tonight.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville and the North Labrador Coast.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all regions with open water.
