Issued 9:30 PM NDT 20 March 2019 Tonight and Thursday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the South Labrador Coast.
By 9:30 a.m. NDT Thursday departing trough located east of the
Marine District.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight approaching ridge located over western
Labrador.

At 4:00 p.m. NDT Thursday approaching low 986 mb located over
northern Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:06 PM NDT 20 March 2019 A trough of low pressure over the South Labrador Coast will continue
across the Labrador Sea tonight to lie east of the marine district by
Thursday morning. Strong to gale force southwesterlies ahead of the
trough will shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville and North Labrador Coast.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
