At 4:00 a.m. NDT today low 996 mb located over northern Quebec.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday low 991 mb located over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:49 AM NDT 16 September 2026 A low pressure system over Northern Quebec will track eastward across
Labrador Sea tonight and Thursday. Strong to gale force west to
southwesterly winds ahead of the low will shift to strong to gale
force northwesterlies in its wake on Thursday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
marine waters.
