Issued 4:00 PM NDT 10 October 2026 Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 p.m. NDT today low 985 mb located east of Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Sunday low 959 mb located southeast of Greenland.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT Sunday approaching ridge located over western
Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:58 PM NDT 10 October 2026 A low pressure system along the eastern edge of the Labrador Sea will
continue to track southeastwards tonight before merging with another
rapidly intensifying low, which will remain nearly stationary
southeast of Greenland through Sunday. At the same time, a ridge of
high pressure will slowly build towards Labrador from the west.
Strong to gale force northwesterlies will persist over most waters
between these features.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville and North Labrador Coast.
