By 9:30 a.m. NDT Thursday low 989 mb located southeast of the East
Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT Thursday ridge located over western Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Thursday ridge located over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:11 PM NDT 13 May 2026 A low pressure system over Belle Isle Bank will track northeastward
to lie southeast of the East Labrador Sea by Thursday morning. Strong
to gale force north to northwesterlies over southern waters will
diminish on Thursday as the low pulls out to sea.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast - Hopedale and south, and
South Labrador Sea.
