Issued 9:30 PM NDT 17 June 2025 Tonight and Wednesday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight low 997 mb located east of the East
Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday departing low 1001 mb located east of
the Marine District.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight deepening low 995 mb located near
James Bay.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday low 981 mb located near Nain.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:17 PM NDT 17 June 2025 A low pressure system east of the East Labrador Sea will track
eastward tonight. Strong to gale force northwesterlies behind the low
will diminish after midnight as the low pulls away.

A second low pressure system over James Bay will deepen as it tracks
northeastward to lie near Nain by Wednesday evening. Strong to gale
force south to southeasterlies will develop Wednesday afternoon ahead
of the low before shifting to west to southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
