By 9:30 a.m. NST Thursday departing low located east of Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NST Thursday approaching trough located over western
Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:50 PM NST 21 February 2024 An intense low pressure system southeast of Greenland will track
slowly eastward tonight and Thursday. Gale force west to
northwesterlies will diminish tonight or early Thursday as the low
moves away.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Labrador Sea.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all regions with open water.
