By 4:00 a.m. NDT Saturday trough from low located on a line
east-west over Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
the South Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight departing ridge located east of the
Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:17 AM NDT 17 September 2021 A low is expected to cross Northern Quebec from the west today.
Strong to gale force southwesterlies will develop over northern
waters late in the day as the low nears Cape Chidley.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
North Labrador Coast.
