Issued 4:00 AM NST 16 December 2019 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 4:00 a.m. NST today low 962 mb located over the Mid Labrador
Coast.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Tuesday low 972 mb located over the South
Labrador Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 12:35 AM NST 16 December 2019 An intense low pressure system will meander over the Mid Labrador
Coast today then slowly drift over the South Labrador Coast overnight
tonight. Gale to storm force east to southeasterlies will persist
north of this system and strong southwesterlies are expected to its
south.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
the Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters except Lake Melville and the South Labrador Coast.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for Lake Melville.
