Issued 9:30 AM NST 12 December 2025 Today Tonight and Saturday At 9:30 a.m. NST today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NST today dissipating trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NST today deepening low 968 mb located southeast of
Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 a.m. NST Saturday low 958 mb located southeast of Labrador
Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:20 AM NST 12 December 2025 A trough of low pressure over the Labrador Sea will dissipate this
afternoon. Meanwhile, a low pressure system southeast of the Labrador
Sea will stall and deepen today and Saturday. Strong to gale force
north to northwesterlies to the north of the trough will spread
across the district as the low intensifies.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek and Northwest
Labrador Sea.
