Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:24 AM NDT 8 March 2026 A low pressure over the Northwest Labrador Sea will slowly trackeast-northeastward to lie north of the district by early Monday
morning. Strong to gale force westerlies to northwesterlies will
develop in the low's wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek, Northwest Labrador Sea, and
East Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
