By 10:00 a.m. NST Thursday trough located over the northern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:47 AM NST 6 November 2024 A trough of low pressure will approach from the west today, crossing
Newfoundland this evening. Gale force westerlies will develop today
south of the trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Southern Grand Banks.
