At 10:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located from Labrador to Funk
Island Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Thursday ridge located from the St. Lawrence
River to Belle Isle Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:57 AM NDT 19 September 2018 A low pressure system south of Nova Scotia will slowly approach the
southern marine district today and track just to the south of the
Grand Banks tonight and Thursday. Gale force northeasterlies can be
expected to the north and west of the low as it passes.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast and the Southern Grand Banks.
