Issued 3:00 AM NDT 25 September 2018 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today weakening low 991 mb located southeast
of Greenland.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT today departing low 998 mb located southeast
of Greenland.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over the Maritimes.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over the Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over Hudson Bay.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday trough located over northern Labrador
Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM NDT 25 September 2018 Strong to gale force northwesterlies over Belle Isle Bank will
diminish this afternoon as a low pressure southeast of Greenland
moves further away.

A trough of low pressure over Hudson Bay will cross northern
Labrador on Wednesday. Strong to gale force southerlies will develop
over western waters on Wednesday with this system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Gulf-Port au Port and Belle
Isle Bank.

Tropical cyclone information: as of 3:00 A.M. NDT subtropical storm
Leslie was located in the central Atlantic near 33.1 north 47.1 west.
Leslie has maximum sustained winds of 30 knots and is currently
moving toward the east at 3 knots.

Leslie is expected to meander over the central Atlantic Ocean over
the next several days as it gradually transitions to a large
post-tropical cyclone.
