Issued 8:00 PM NDT 22 April 2021 Tonight and Friday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 979 mb located over the Gaspe
Peninsula.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Friday low 989 mb located over the Quebec Lower
North Shore.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough from low located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Southwest Coast of Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Friday trough from low located on a line east-west
over southern Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:47 PM NDT 22 April 2021 A low pressure system over the Gaspé Peninsula will stall tonight
before gradually drifting eastward along the Quebec Lower North Shore
Friday and Saturday. Strong to gale force southeasterly winds ahead
of a trough associated with this low will shift to strong to gale
force south to southwesterlies behind the trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
