stationary as a ridge of high pressure approaches the district from
the west today. Strong to gale force northwesterlies will diminish to
moderate to strong in the vicinity of the ridge.
Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, East Coast - north of
