By 3:30 p.m. AST today ridge located south of the Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. AST Wednesday approaching low 994 mb located over
southern Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:49 AM AST 13 January 2026 An intense low pressure system northeast of Newfoundland will
continue to track away from the marine area. Strong to gale force
westerlies diminish today.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau and Laurentian Fan.
