Marine Weather StatementIssued 2:46 AM AST 18 November 2019 A low pressure system east of Cape Hatteras will move up the Eastern
Seaboard of the United States today. Winds ahead of the low will
become strong to gale force easterlies today before shifting to
strong to gale force southwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Northumberland Strait, Chaleur - Miscou and Anticosti.
