Issued 3:00 AM NDT 17 September 2019 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low 1003 mb located over Funk Island Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday low 998 mb located northeast of the
Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today trough from low located on a line
northwest-southeast over Belle Isle Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday trough from low located on a line
east-west over the East Coast of Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:49 AM NDT 17 September 2019 A low pressure system over Funk Island Bank will drift very slowly to
lie northeast of the Grand Banks tonight. A trough extending
northwest of the low over Belle Isle Bank will move to lie over the
East Coast of Newfoundland tonight. Strong to gale force northerlies
are expected in the wake of these features.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle and Northeast Coast.

At 12:30 AM NDT hurricane Humberto was located near latitude 30.3
north and longitude 75.1 west which is well south of Cape Hatteras.
Humberto has a central pressure of 966 MB and maximum sustained winds
of 80 knots. Humberto is moving east-northeast at 7 knots. The latest
forecast track has Humberto lying just south of the Grand Banks on
Saturday.
