northeast-southwest over Funk Island Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight deepening low 1002 mb located over
Banquereau.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Thursday low 992 mb located northeast of Funk
Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:47 PM NDT 23 May 2018 A low pressure system over Banquereau will cross the Avalon Peninsula
tonight then move northeast of the Funk Island Bank on Thursday.
Strong to gale force southeasterlies will develop ahead of the system
and shift to strong to gale force north to northwesterlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle and Gulf waters.
