Issued 10:00 AM NDT 15 October 2026 Today Tonight and Friday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today deepening low 991 mb located over
Newfoundland.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Friday low 977 mb located east of Funk Island
Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:57 AM NDT 15 October 2026 A low pressure system over Newfoundland will deepen as it tracks
northeastward to lie east of Funk Island Bank tonight. Gale to storm
force southerlies to southeasterlies ahead of the low will shift to
gale to storm force westerlies to northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, and Northern Grand Banks.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters.
