northeast-southwest over the Northeast Coast of Newfoundland.

Issued 2:52 AM NST 27 December 2024 A trough of low pressure over the East Coast will drift slowlyeastward today and weaken. Strong to gale force northeasterlies west
of the trough will diminish today as the trough weakens.
