over the northern Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Wednesday departing trough located east of the
Grand Banks.
At 8:00 p.m. NST Wednesday approaching low 989 mb located south
of Nova Scotia.

Issued 9:41 AM NST 10 February 2026 A low pressure system east of Funk Island Bank will remain nearlystationary throughout the forecast period. Strong to gale force north
to northwesterlies over eastern waters will gradually diminish
tonight or early Wednesday as the low weakens.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Coast, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, and
Northern Grand Banks.
