By 3:30 p.m. NST today departing ridge located east of the Marine
District.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today trough located over New Brunswick.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Sunday trough located over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:55 AM NST 16 February 2019 A trough of low pressure over New Brunswick this morning will move to
lie over Newfoundland by Sunday morning. Gale to storm force
southeasterlies will develop ahead of the trough and switch to gale
force westerlies behind it.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Gulf - Port au Port. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Northeast Gulf, Gulf-Port au Port, Southwest Coast, East
Coast, Belle Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank.
