Issued 3:21 PM NST 12 February 2026 A low pressure system over Southern Newfoundland will track northwardover the island tonight and across Belle Isle Bank on Friday. Strong
to gale force northeasterly to southeasterly winds ahead of the low
will shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies to southwesterlies
in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Northeast Coast and Southeastern Grand Banks.
