Issued 10:00 AM NST 3 March 2024 Today Tonight and Monday At 10:00 a.m. NST today trough located from Labrador Coast to
the Maritimes.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the East Coast of Newfoundland.

At 10:00 a.m. NST today ridge located south of the Grand Banks.
By 8:00 p.m. NST tonight departing ridge located southeast of the
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:01 AM NST 3 March 2024 A trough of low pressure approaching from the north will sweep across
the marine district today. Strong to gale force northwesterlies will
spread across northern waters in the wake of the trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and Funk Island Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except Southwest Coast, South Coast, and the
Southern Grand Banks.
