Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:16 PM AST 15 February 2019 A trough of low pressure will approach the marine district from the
west this evening and move across the district on Saturday.
Increasing southeasterly winds will develop ahead of the trough over
western waters and spread eastward tonight. Marginal gales are
expected over extreme southern waters while gale to near storm force
southeasterlies are forecast over northern waters. Winds diminish to
moderate to strong westerlies in the wake of the trough.
