At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
the Gulf of Maine.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Monday departing ridge located over the eastern
Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight Tropical Storm Melissa 1003 mb located
at 39.9N 58.8W.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Monday Post-tropical Storm Melissa 1006 mb located
at 40.5N 55.4W.

At 6:00 PM ADT tropical storm Melissa was located near latitude 39.9
north and longitude 58.8 west. Maximum sustained winds were
Estimated at 35 knots and central pressure at 1003 MB. Melissa was
tracking eastward at 16 knots.

Outlook for the start up of the Upper Bay of Fundy lobster fishery:

Monday..Winds light increasing to southerly 10 to 15 knots in the
Evening.
Tuesday..Winds southeasterly 10 to 15 knots increasing to northwest
15 knots in the afternoon.
