East Scotian Slope.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Sunday weakening ridge located from New Brunswick
to Laurentian Fan.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Sunday trough located over Labrador.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight trough located southwest of the Marine
District.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Sunday trough located on a line east-west over
the southwestern Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:49 PM ADT 23 September 2023 Tropical cyclone information: at 6:00 P.M. ADT tropical storm Ophelia
was located near 36.8 north and 77.3 west, maximum sustained winds
were 35 knots and the minimum central pressure was 997 MB. Ophelia
was moving north at 10 knots. There will be no impacts to Canadian
territory.
