Issued 3:00 AM NDT 19 September 2019 Today Tonight and Friday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Friday ridge located on a line east-west over
the South Coast of Newfoundland.

At 3:30 a.m. NDT today Hurricane Humberto 952 mb located at
34.7N 62.9W.
By 3:30 a.m. NDT Friday weakening Hurricane Humberto 966 mb located
at 40.1N 60.1W.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:59 AM NDT 19 September 2019 At 3:30 AM NDT hurricane Humberto is forecast to be located near
latitude 34.7 north and longitude 62.9 west or about 165 nautical
miles northeast of Bermuda. Humberto has a central pressure of 952 MB
and maximum sustained winds of 105 knots. Humberto is moving
northeast at 20 knots. The latest forecast track has Humberto
reaching the southern edge of Laurentian Fan late Friday as a
post-tropical storm before tracking east-northeastward through
southern portions of the Southern Grand Banks on Saturday.

Gale force southeasterlies will develop Friday afternoon over the
Southwestern Grand Banks ahead of Humberto then increase to gale to
storm force southerlies Friday evening. The Southern Grand Banks,
particularly southern areas, are expected to experience storm force
winds as Humberto passes on Saturday.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
the Southwestern Grand Banks.
