Issued 3:00 AM NDT 5 September 2026 A low pressure system south of Nova Scotia will slowly move eastwardto lie over Banquereau this evening where it will remain nearly
stationary for the rest of the forecast period. Strong to gale force
southeasterlies to northeasterlies are expected to spread across most
waters today.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, and Belle Isle
Bank.
