at 43.4N 56.5W.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Saturday weakening Post-tropical Storm Humberto
980 mb located at 45.6N 46.8W.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough located over southern Labrador Coast.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Saturday trough located east of Funk Island Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today ridge located over the northern Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday dissipating ridge located on a line
east-west over Funk Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:22 PM NDT 20 September 2019 At 3:30 PM NDT, post-tropical storm Humberto was located near
latitude 43.4 north and longitude 56.5 west, about 244 nautical miles
southwest of Cape Race. Maximum sustained winds are estimated at 60
knots and central pressure at 975 MB. Humberto is moving northeast at
21 knots.

Humberto will continue northeastward and weaken as it tracks through
the Southern Grand Banks tonight.

Gale force southeasterlies ahead of Humberto will increase to gale to
storm force southwesterlies to its south this evening. Strong to gale
force northwesterlies will persist behind Humberto on Saturday.

Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure moving southward from Labrador
will track across the district tonight and Saturday. Strong to gale
force northerlies are expected behind the trough on Saturday.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
the Southern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect for Northeast
Gulf, East Coast, Northeast Coast, Funk Island Bank, and Northern
Grand Banks.
