Issued 10:00 AM NDT 26 April 2018 Today Tonight and Friday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today intensifying low 1000 mb located north of
Cape Cod.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Friday low 994 mb located over central Labrador
Coast.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary ridge located south of
the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:48 AM NDT 26 April 2018 A low pressure system north of Cape Cod will move northeastward to
lie near the Gaspé Peninsula this evening then over the Labrador Sea
by Friday evening. Strong to gale force southeasterlies will develop
over western waters this evening then spread elsewhere overnight or
early Friday as the low approaches. Winds will gradually diminish by
Friday evening as the low moves north of the marine district.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf - Port au Port, Southwest Coast, Belle Isle Bank and Funk Island
Bank.
