Issued 8:00 PM ADT 19 September 2019 Tonight and Friday At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over Nova Scotia.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight Hurricane Humberto 962 mb located at
39.2N 58.7W.
By 9:00 p.m. ADT Friday Post-tropical Storm Humberto 975 mb located
at 43.6N 55.4W.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:52 PM ADT 19 September 2019 Hurricane Humberto is moving north-northeast towards the southeastern
marine district tonight. On Friday Humberto is expected to complete
transition to a post-tropical storm as it moves into Western
Laurentian Fan on Friday morning. Gale force northeasterlies
developing across the slope waters will likely reach storm force over
parts of East Scotian Slope and Laurentian Fan tonight and Friday as
Humberto approaches.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope - eastern half and Laurentian Fan. Gale warnings
are in effect for Georges Bank, West Scotian Slope, Sable - eastern
half, East Scotian Slope - western half, and Banquereau - southern
half.

At 8.00 PM ADT, hurricane Humberto is located near latitude 39.2
north and longitude 58.7 west , about 270 nautical miles south of
Sable Island. Maximum sustained winds are estimated at 85 knots and
central pressure at 962 MB. Humberto is moving north at 15 knots.
