southwest of Georges Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located from Quebec
to Laurentian Fan.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:52 PM ADT 21 October 2019 The remnants of post-tropical cyclone Nestor will remain nearly
stationary southwest of Georges Bank and gradually weaken tonight and
Tuesday. The system will be absorbed into a trough of low pressure
moving in from the west on Wednesday.

Strong easterlies over southwestern sections will spread northward
over the western marine regions on Tuesday. Strong to gale force
southeasterly winds will continue to spread eastward over the rest of
the marine district on Wednesday as the trough approaches.
