today and into Labrador on Saturday. Strong southerlies will
Develop across the region this evening and then increase to
southwesterly gales after midnight across all but the most southerly
waters. Storm force southwesterlies are expected over the Gulf of
St. Lawrence overnight and Saturday morning with storm force
westerlies persisting Saturday over Anticosti. Winds will become
moderate to strong northwesterlies in the wake of the system
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect
Gulf-Magdalen and Anticosti. Gale warnings are in effect for Fundy,
Grand Manan, Lurcher, southwestern shore, eastern shore, Sable,
