District.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Saturday departing ridge located east of the
Marine District.

At 3:30 p.m. AST today deepening trough located west of the Marine
District.
By 10:00 a.m. AST Saturday trough located over Cabot Strait.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:21 PM AST 22 November 2019 A deepening trough of low pressure will approach western waters
tonight and move to lie near the Cabot Strait Saturday morning. Winds
will increase to strong to gale force southerlies ahead of the trough
then shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
All waters except Fundy.

Outlook for the start of the Southwest Nova lobster fishery.

Sunday...Winds light increasing to easterly 25 to 35 knots late in
the day.
Monday...Winds westerly 25 to 30 knots diminishing to west 15 to 20
in
