By 3:00 a.m. NDT Sunday trough from low located on a line east-west
over the northern Grand Banks.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:24 AM NDT 10 May 2025 A deepening low pressure system near Cape Cod will approach themarine district today and cross the Gulf of St. Lawrence on Sunday.
Moderate to strong southeast to northeasterlies ahead of the low will
shift to strong to gale force southwest to northwesterlies in its
wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf waters, Southwest Coast, South Coast, and East Coast - Cape St.
Francis and south.
