Issued 3:00 AM NDT 18 April 2024 Today Tonight and Friday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low 1002 mb located over the southeastern
Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Friday low 1000 mb located over the southwestern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:52 AM NDT 18 April 2024 A low pressure system over the Southeastern Grand Banks will
retrograde towards the Avalon Peninsula today before moving eastwards
out to sea on Friday. Strong to gale force northeast to
northwesterlies can be expected to the north and west of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Gulf waters, and
the Southern Grand Banks.
