By 10:00 a.m. NDT Sunday departing ridge located east of the
Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today low 1003 mb located over New England.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Sunday low 1000 mb located over the Gulf of Maine.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:20 PM NDT 26 April 2025 A low pressure system over New England will gradually cross the
Maritimes on Sunday to move south of Newfoundland Monday. Winds will
increase to strong to gale force southeasterlies for most waters as
the low approaches.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Funk Island Bank, and
Northern Grand Banks.
