Labrador Sea.
At 4:00 a.m. NDT today deepening low 1012 mb located over western
Hudson Bay.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Sunday deepening low 994 mb located near Cape
Chidley.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:54 AM NDT 26 April 2025 A deepening low pressure system over Hudson Bay will cross NorthernLabrador tonight before moving to lie north of the marine district on
Sunday. Over northern waters, strong to gale force southerlies ahead
of the low will shift to strong to gale force westerlies as it
passes.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast, Northwest Labrador Sea and East Labrador Sea -
northern half.
Marine interests are advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for Northwest Labrador Sea.
