Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:40 PM NDT 24 September 2021 A trough of low pressure near cape Farewell will remain nearly
stationary throughout the period. Meanwhile, a ridge of high pressure
over the Labrador coast will move over the Labrador Sea on Saturday
and weeken. Strong to gale force northwesterlies are forecast between
these two features.
Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea.
