Issued 9:30 AM NDT 27 September 2023 Today Tonight and Thursday At 9:30 a.m. NDT today low 995 mb located over Davis Strait.
By 9:30 a.m. NDT Thursday departing low 998 mb located southeast
of the Marine District.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today trough from 995 mb low located over northern
Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 a.m. NDT Thursday trough from 998 mb low located over the
northern Grand Banks.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary high located over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:30 AM NDT 27 September 2023 A trough of low pressure will approach the marine district from the
north this morning and lie south of the district overnight. Strong to
gale force westerlies to northwesterlies are expected as the trough
passes and in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast, South Labrador Sea, and Northwest Labrador Sea.
