Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:21 PM NDT 16 April 2026 A trough of low pressure north of district will sweep across the EastLabrador Sea tonight and Friday. Gale force westerlies to
northwesterlies ahead of the trough will shift to strong to gale
force northwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek, Northwest Labrador Sea, and
East Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
