of Greenland.
At 4:00 p.m. NST today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Wednesday ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador Sea.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:53 PM NST 10 December 2024 A low pressure system located northeast of Belle Isle Bank will tracknortheastward to lie southeast of Greenland by this evening. Gale to
storm force north to northwesterlies over southern waters will
gradually diminish tonight as the low departs.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
South Labrador Sea - southeastern half. Gale warnings are in effect
for South Labrador Coast and East Labrador Sea - southeastern half.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Coast and Mid Labrador Coast.
