Issued 3:11 PM ADT 14 October 2019 Post-tropical storm information at 3:30 PM ADT: post-tropical storm
Melissa was located near latitude 41.1 north and longitude 50.0 west.
Maximum sustained winds were estimated at 35 knots and central
pressure at 1005 MB. Melissa is tracking east-northeastward at 20
knots and is expected to weaken tonight and Tuesday. Melissa will not
affect the marine district. This will be the last statement on
Melissa.
