Avalon Peninsula.

At 10:00 a.m. ADT today ridge located west of the Marine District.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday ridge located over the eastern Marine
District.

By 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday trough located on a line east-west over
New England.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:44 AM ADT 14 April 2026 Strong to gale force southwesterlies over the district will diminish
today as a low pressure system over the Northeastern Gulf of St.
Lawrence departs to the east.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope and Laurentian Fan.
