Marine Weather StatementIssued 2:50 AM ADT 24 October 2020 At 3:00 A.M. ADT, hurricane epsilon was located near latitude 36.5
north and longitude 62.1 west or approximately 730 nautical miles
southwest of Cape Race. Maximum sustained winds were estimated at 70
knots and central pressure at 972 MB. Epsilon is moving north at 10
